How do I go about tracking my order?
After your order has been placed, it will be listed as "Pending" in your account on TrillGolfBrand.com. Don't you panic because this means that your order has been received and needs to be confirmed by us. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order confirmation. After confirmation, your order status will change from "Pending" to "Complete" in your account on TrillGolfBrand.com. Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email from customerservice@trilgolfllc.com within the following 24-48 hours that will include your final tracking information. Visit FedEx.com or UPS.com to track your package using the tracking number provided.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Please note we do not issue refunds. If you would like to exchange the merchandise within 30 days after purchase, please reach social media or email us customerservice@trillgolfbrand.com. Please note you are responsible for shipping costs. DVE reserves the right to grant or deny exchanges depending on the circumstance of each individual situation.
